The room erupted in applause as Ms. Hill and Darien were presented with their awards and certificates of recognition. January Student & Teacher of the Month
We had the pleasure of celebrating the January 2024 student and teacher of the month. Mr. Ronald Gaddis, a dedicated 4th-grade teacher at Council Grove Elementary, was named the West OKC Rotary Teacher of the Month. In addition, Leslie Rios, a standout senior at Western Heights High School, has been recognized as the OKC West Rotary Student  of the Month. 
November/December Student & Teacher of the Month
We had the pleasure of celebrating the November and December 2023 student and teacher of the month. The teacher of the month recipients were Sabrina Lindsley and Megan Burton. As always, Mrs. Megan Wilson, assistant superintendent, and Dr. Chris Culver, executive director of secondary education were in attendance!

In a landmark decision on June 28, 2023, the West OKC Rotary Club voted to embrace change by allowing Corporate Membership, in accordance with Rotary International's new classification guidelines. This move aims to foster greater collaboration and inclusion within the club, opening doors to local businesses and professionals interested in joining Rotary. Three exciting membership options have been introduced to cater to the diverse needs of potential corporate members.
